East Coast USA Competition

The Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards (GSEA) are pleased to host the East Coast USA competition and GSEA Student Entrepreneurship Summit
at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).

The events will provide leadership training and learning to help student entrepreneurs build stability and growth into their companies. At the fiercely competitive GSEA Live competition, student entrepreneurs will present their companies to a panel of leading entrepreneurs, media and dignitaries. The GSEA is unique because all competitors have viable businesses with revenue ranging from US$100,000 to US$5.5 million and these competitors are full-time students.

The competition, to be held on 2 November 2009 in New York, New York, USA,  will host eight (8) student entrepreneurs representing universities from the east coast. The top three (3) winners of the competition will travel to compete at the 2009 GSEA Global Finals competition in Kansas City, Missouri, USA, on 18-20 November 2009, for more than $150,000 in prizes, international media exposure, high-level networking and more.
